Cap out

I just met with the owner of a local boston private dining restaurant. I wanted to talk to him about how he got started and how to make a restaurant profitable. I know that it is a very tough business to start, but I am okay with that. I have always worked in the restaurant field, and this is the next step in my career. I am as far up as I am ever going to be able to go right now, and I do not want to cap out.
