Calming and Relaxing

Coffee was always my drink of choice in the morning. It was like I had come to enjoy the caffeine rush that I experienced first thing. But the other day when my best friend brought over some green tea for me to try, I skipped over my cup of coffee. I am really glad that I did. The tea seemed to invigorate me without actually giving me that same burst of caffeine. I felt calm and relaxed without any jitters or shakes.
