TO KILL OR NOT TO KILL

The warehouse became an arena of destruction during the KILL YOUR SUPERHERO show. Artists of all categories (even some computer programmers) decided to martyr their inspiration. As artists, we must remove ALL the blockades that keep us from becoming the greatest! This means some collateral damage has to be done to those we hold high on a pedestal. Now is your time, take your crown, KILL YOUR SUPERHERO!

A Collection of great benefestivals

The cre8tive warehouse relies on the community to keep it going. That is why we have an annual fundraiser every semester. We pack Rick's with great local musicians for an awesome night of rocking and relaxation. This semester we will be changing it up a little more by throwing in a dirty dodgeball tournament. Get your entry forms today, so you can keep the warehouse in forward motion. While your here, take a look at some of our past benefestivals, and make sure you are there for the one coming up in April!

Does One Size Really Fit All?

The Cre8tive Warehouse became a gathering site for many people on October 8, 2008. These people were not just stopping by for a casual chat; they were interested in the event of the evening. You see, sometimes a T-shirt is taken for granted. That is why the night was set aside for a T-shirt show, which in turn, opened many eyes to the possibilities a T-shirt may hold. The idea of a T-shirt was turned into pieces of art and put on display to prove the point that everyone’s view is different. This would make someone wonder: “Does one size really fit all?”

There were several pieces to look at and be amazed by. Some ideas included making pillows from T-shirts, making a T-shirt from rings, and some people chose to express themselves with wording or comics on a T-shirt. All of the pieces were different and unique in themselves. Through creativity and great people, the T-shirt show was a success. Everyone involved did an outstanding job and I look forward to the next event.
